Bush Considers Military Role in Flu Fight

President Bush, increasingly concerned about a possible avian flu pandemic, revealed Tuesday that any part of the country where the virus breaks out could likely be quarantined and that he is considering using the to enforce it.

    There's precedent, nay even an imperative, for using military for quarantines, if it comes to that. That said, I don't like it when Bush gets to play with the military, or when he even talks about it, but this is not exactly a new thing.
