All political candidates lie. They all spin and distort and twist half-truths to look good to voters and diminish their opponent.
Each has VALID proposals, none of which will either save the country or ruin it. Do you really think that either candidate is going to get their health plan passed without so much amendment as to make it unrecognizable? It won't happen, so stop worrying about it.
