		<description>It may not be the point you are looking to make, but I’ve always thought the “unfunded mandate” aspect of REAL ID is its most vulnerable flank.  I and don’t remember the Supreme Court decision off hand that declared unfunded mandates unconstitutional but I believe it was in the last 5 or 6 years.  Much too my surprise, I don’t think any states have challenged REAL ID on those grounds.

On the other hand, I have to admit it would be more convenient to not have to get a new drivers license every time I move to a new state.</description>
