Almost as though he were responding to my recent YouTube post, Ron Paul posted a video and an article updating his supporters on the state of the campaign. He says he's in it for the long haul. I really hope he means it.

random thought of the moment:
A general State education is a mere contrivance for moulding people to be exactly like one another: and as the mould in which it casts them is that which pleases the predominant power in the government, whether this be a monarch, a priesthood, an aristocracy, or the majority of the existing generation, in proportion as it is efficient and successful, it establishes a despotism over the mind, leading by natural tendency to one over the body.

It looks like Dr. Ron Paul does not have enough national support, more precisely, national corporate support. He has many ideas that the US must return to (or peril), but I think corporate America fears that he will bring down their volume level (and bottom lines) at the Capitol here in DC (obviously, or is it?). Since he is not getting any air time on corporate airwaves (or even newspapers: there are only 4 left; how much space does one man need?) and he doesn't have enough money, it seems that he's just staying in it for his supporters like y'all. Sorry 'bout that (for us all).
Welcome to Rome! All hail Caesar W! (And the Free Maso…, oops!)
