		<description>The only problems I've had with online purchases have been with Amazon's Marketplace, where items not carried by Amazon are outsourced.

I've seen Camelbak biking products lots of places but I've never seen any of their running products in stores.</description>

		<description>You can get a Camelbak at plenty of different stores around town.  I think I've seen them at Target.  I find it easier to buy things from a store, where you can see the product, touch it, try it on, and such.  Stories like this have turned me off to online shopping.</description>

		<description>They have ~85% rating from customers, which is pretty low when you consider that as long as the product arrives on time and undamaged, most people give full marks (thus skewing the ratings upward). Long story short I waited a month for a product that is &lt;em&gt;still&lt;/em&gt; on back order (but listed as in stock at Amazon), got fed up and changed my order to an in stock product, and received a product that was neither. It's good enough, though, so I'm cutting my losses and not dealing with them again.</description>
