		<description>Right on.  I'm 5'7" and peaked at 206 (211 with clothes and shoes).  This put me past overweight into the obese catagory.  I lost the weight I needed to, then gained a few back that I'm trying to dispatch before they bring more friends.

Anyway, I know what it's like to battle obesity.  I'm currently about 145 with a final goal of getting back to 142.  I also need to lose fat and gain muscle.  It's a lot harder for women, though, so I know the going will be slow.

Nice to meet a fellow blogger who's both Christian and battles weight issues.</description>
