		<description>Maybe part of the issue is that many people, particularly those most victimized by it, have learned that there are only criminals, and no justice, in the Criminal Justice system?

Perhaps if verdicts were just, if results of convictions were appropriate, if a positive, rehabilitative outcome was even a consideration, and if the entire system was something other than a money making machine for corporate interest – then perhaps people might have some faith in it, and be willing to be a part of it again.  But until at least some of those things change – it is hard to suggest that people participate in the ironically named “Criminal Justice” system.</description>
