I'm listening to Jerry Bowyer right now. He just read an email that described an amusing antedote to much ado about bird shot. Let's send as many brown paper bags as possible to the major news outlets so they can stop hyperventilating.

Indeed, it seems the Media has a lot of pent up frustaration regarding Cheney. They seem to think that not only are they entitled to know everything about everyone in the White House, but that the White House should serve them the information directly, constantly, and immediately.
I don't like Cheney, but I don't agree with the Media's position, and neither does Cheney. He doesn't give them what they want, esspecially when its a matter like this. For that I applaud him.
Perhaps the reports should do some interviews, maybe a little investigation, to find the information they want to report. The reporters on capital hill have gotten too complacent in having breifings constantly served up to them.
