Does anyone know of any Anglican Use parishes in the Pittsburgh area? I'd like to take part in one of their masses. I've heard that once I have I'll have no interest in rescuing the Novus Ordo and hate ICEL more than I already do.

Pittsburgh, I don't know about. But I've heard rumors that there is an Anglican-use group around the Cleveland area — not a parish, per se, but an association of laity. I'll try to remember to look into it.

The nearest one is in, I think, Boston (St. Athanasius, if I remember correctly), although the Episcopalian priest from Scranton who converted a few months back is trying to start a parish there.
Since the 1980 Pastoral Provision obviously hasn't taken off like it really should have (mostly due to the resistance of the episcopate), and because the Pastoral Provision applies only to the United States, I doubt there will be any great amount of growth of the Anglican Use in the foreseeable future.

I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but here goes:
I was once excited about the Anglican Use, but it's really only the 1979 BCP for ECUSA, minus the Anglican Offertory and Eucharistic Canons. (Instead of the Anglican Offertory, the wimpy Offertory from the Novus Ordo Missae is inserted, with its ICEL translation. Also, Novus Ordo Eucharistic Prayer I is used instead of the Anglican Eucharistic Canons, albeit with a "King James English" translation.) Like the New Mass of the mainstream of the Roman Rite, it is a liturgy that was manufactured, rather than allowed to truly develop; it just seems a tad fake. I mean, the first half of the liturgy has very high English, and is very similar to Cranmer's 1549 BCP (which sets off a few alarm bells, for me at least); the Offertory is the very low English of the ICEL Novus Ordo translation (ironically, the Novus Ordo Offertory is kinda based on Cranmer, not on Roman tradition), and the Eucharistic Prayer is the Novus Ordo "adjusted" Roman Canon, again with King James English. I dunno, it just seems so manufactured. Basically, the Anglican Use liturgy looks like (to me, anyway) the New Mass with more pretentious language, copious incense, lacier vestments, and maybe a tad more reverence. Don't get me wrong, those things are nice, but when it comes down to it, they really don't matter nearly as much as having meaty prayers that implore God's grace, request salvation, and make clear the Real Presence and sacrificial nature of the Mass.
